My Favorite Procedure

As a cosmetic surgeon in practice for nearly 30 years, I have found rhinoplasty to be my favorite operation.  Hardly any surgery gives patients more satisfaction than a well planned and executed rhinoplasty procedure.

This procedure is something they and everyone else sees every day for the rest of their lives.  So the stakes are high.  Sometimes the slightest alterations, which are preferable to drastic changes,  can make the biggest impact and produce safer more reliable results.  My favorite cases in particular are young female patients who are very attractive but feel self- conscious about their nose.  One frequent comment I get a lot is “I got my daddy’s nose!”  Often times they do not have a feminine nose to match their face.  When the nose fits in harmony to the face one can appreciate the overall beauty of the face, rather than the eye being drawn to a flawed feature like a large nasal hump.  From the surgeons stand-point, the rhinoplasty procedure is a life-long learning procedure.  It is the most difficult surgery to master.  When I get the result that I am striving for, and have a happy patient, then it makes all the hard work and years of study worth it all.

Slowing the Results of Aging with Prejuvenation

Increasingly, younger women are slowing the results of aging with prejuvenation procedures that have become standard aspects of their beauty routines.

When it comes to beauty and overall well being, why wait for the signs of age to take over? It’s better to be proactive and offensive when it comes to stopping the effects of time on your face in the form of wrinkles, creases, crows’ feet, and laugh lines.

How can you prevent the results of aging? What are some procedures you could add to your regimen that would help you keep your youthful appearance?

Let’s take a look at prejuvenation procedures and how they can help you.

Top Prejuvenation Procedures

Most common among the prejuvenation procedures are injectables and fillers. These are non-surgical treatments that provide a youthful look without the cost and downtime of invasive surgery.

It is estimated that over one million men and women annually use injectables and dermal fillers, and many of these users are younger adults who are aiming to prevent aging.

Injectables and dermal fillers lessen the effects of aging skin by:

  • restoring volume around hollowed areas,
  • restoring the contours and smoothness of the face,
  • providing volume and lift to problem areas by smoothing out wrinkles,
  • plumping flat lips, and
  • correcting hollowed skin areas.

There are two types of injectables, those that relax facial muscles and thereby mend facial lines and dermal fillers that plump out wrinkles. Dermal fillers are injected directly into the skin to correct the wrinkle, depression or fold; the filler can be either naturally derived or a synthetic material.

Here’s a brief look at what we offer to patients who are interested in prejuvenation at Marvel Cosmetic.

Injectables

Botox is derived from a family of neurotoxins that relax facial muscles. By temporarily paralyzing muscles it can remove wrinkles cosmetically such as those above the eyebrows on the forehead also called frown lines, lines that form around the corners of eyes, and other facial wrinkles.

Dysport is very similar to Botox as it is from the same family of neurotoxins. With a different formulation, Dysport spreads to a wider area. The onset of Dysport is 2-5 days compared to 4-7 for Botox. There are some reports that results may not last as long as Botox, but this is still being studied.

Fillers

Juvederm: A family of hyaluronic acid dermal fillers. An injection corrects moderate to severe facial folds and wrinkles and lasts nine months to one year.

Restylane:  A line of hyaluronic acid fillers that provide natural-looking results by smoothing away facial wrinkles and folds.  Providing subtle lip enhancement and smoothing the lines, adding lift and volume to the cheeks.

Voluma: Voluma is also based on hyaluronic acid and used to treat the middle of the face including the nose and associated bony structures. As an HA filler, after injection, it can be shaped and molded into the desired contour. Voluma can last up to two years, almost twice as long as other fillers.

Kybella: The only FDA approved treatment to improve the appearance of extra fat below the chin, commonly known as a “double chin.” The active ingredient is based on a component the body makes for absorbing fat cells and is injected into the affected area of the chin.

Bellafill: A dermal filler that is meant to be a semi-permanent solution for wrinkles by restoring volume and fullness to the skin.  Approved since October 2006 for the treatment of nasolabial fold, commonly know as “smile lines” or “laugh lines,” it is also used for acne scars, and smoothing wrinkles.

Prevention Is The Key to Youthful Skin

Doctors have emphasized the importance of healthy habits in maintaining beautiful, youthful skin: sun protection, healthy diet, and not smoking. These mandates should be a “given,” especially when it comes to preventing wrinkled, creased, and aging skin.

Prejuvenation techniques, such as regular use of injectables and fillers begun before the signs of aging appear, can be an important partner in the war against the effects of time.

Skin Care for Your Twenties, Thirties, and Forties

The Best Skin Care for Your Twenties, Thirties, and Forties

Skincare is incredibly important, no matter what your age. Developing a great skincare routine early on will set you up for success as the years start to tick by. Each generation needs different products according to their skin’s need, but far too often we see clients using the same products they did when they were teenagers. Below we’ve listed everything you need to know to keep your skin healthy and fresh at any age!

For your Twenties

What you should focus on: In your twenties, you should spend time developing a skincare routine that will keep you hydrated and protect you from skin damage. Try to increase your water intake. Water is the body’s best detoxifier and getting into a habit of drinking plenty of it will mean your skin will look healthy and fresh no matter your age. Also, you’ll want to invest in sunscreen for your face. This habit is one you want to start now to protect you from premature wrinkles and sunspots.

What you should avoid: The worst thing you can do in your twenties is making a habit of sleeping in your makeup. Most twenty-year-olds are in school or working their first career job and regardless of how late or tired, a good cleansing habit will keep your skin free from bacteria. Fortunately, in your twenties, your skin is still producing higher levels of collagen which means you don’t need to focus too heavily on anti-aging creams. Just keep the skin hydrated with plenty of water and moisturizer.

For Your Thirties

What you should focus on: trying to reduce anxiety and stress because they wreak havoc on the skin. A lot of women in their thirties are accelerating their careers, getting married, or having kids. All of which can prove to be very stressful. Choose anti-aging products with multiple ingredients like antioxidants and retinoid to help with cell development. Hyaluronic acid is found naturally in the body and gives skin plumpness. When shopping for facial products, make sure it’s listed in the ingredients as well.

What you should avoid: If possible try to allow yourself as much time for sleep. It will not only keep your skin looking fresh but keep the dark circles at bay. You can also start using AHA products that have natural acids in them to help reduce fine lines, wrinkles and increase cell production. It’s a form of exfoliation, and it does fantastic things for your skin. It also makes it easier for your skin to absorb all the amazing anti-aging products by dissolving the dead skin that is sitting on your face.

For Your Forties

What you should focus on: Your collagen levels fluctuate a lot in your forties which means you should invest in a perfect retinoid cream to combat any fine lines or wrinkles. You’ll also want to focus on heavier moisturizers. For most people, our skin dries as we age and becomes sensitive. These issues can lead to red, inflamed skin and a deep, heavy facial cream locks in moisture. Look for one that has ceramides or fatty acids in the ingredients.

What you should avoid: If your skin has become super dry, you can skip the morning face wash if it was a part of your routine. Dry skin looks dull and clogs pores. Additionally, it enhances the appearance of wrinkles which is not something we want. You’ll also want to stop ignoring problem areas. If sunspots or deep wrinkles just don’t dissipate no matter what you do, there are skin laser treatments and injectables that can remove age spots and plump out skin.

5 Ways to Refresh Your Skin This Winter

5 Ways to Refresh Your Skin This Winter

It’s hard to believe, but it’s that time of year again. The holidays are among us which means loads of time spent with family and friends celebrating and in this digital age you can expect lots of photos! It’s easy to forget about your skincare routine between all the planning and gift shopping, so we’ve put together five ways to refresh your skin just in time for those holiday memories!

Deep condition

The winter months bring about the colder weather which lacks moisture and harsh winds only make your skin worse. Protecting yourself from dryness will eliminate red, flaky skin. We highly recommend swapping out your lotion for a cream moisturizer. While most brands will offer both options, the most significant difference between the two is the water content. Lotions have a higher volume of water that leads to dry skin in the winter. Swapping out your current option with cream provides your skin with a protective layer against dehydration. We love Cerave creams; they are the number one dermatologist recommended facial moisturizer and come in a variety of thicknesses for all skin types.

Medical Peel

Medical peels are a great way to restore skin elasticity and brighten the face which is exactly what you want when it comes to holiday photos. There are a few medical peels that provide amazing results that are perfect for this time of year:

Phyto-Pumpkin Peel – This enzyme peel helps glycolic-sensitive skin. It contains Vitamin A and Beta Carotene, ideal for adding a healthy glow to the surface. Because of the gentle exfoliation, this peel works on all skin types, especially those prone to rosacea.

VI Peel® – The VI Peel® contains a synergistic blend of ingredients suitable for all skin types. This peel works at the cellular level to tackle skin problems such as fine lines, wrinkles, and shrinking enlarged pores. With the help of many acids and vitamins, it’s efficient at reducing hyperpigmentation and acne.

Illuminize Peel – Known as the “Liquid Microdermabrasion,” this light peel contains Phytic, Mandelic, Malic, and Salicylic Acids, along with Resorcinol, to rejuvenate the skin. Because it is a lighter treatment, it works well for teens or those who have never had a medical peel.

Drink Plenty of Water

It’s hard to hear, but we highly suggest putting down that Pumpkin Spiced Latte and picking up a glass of water. It’s easy to believe that you need to drink more water in the summer rather than winter due to the humidity, but the lack of moisture during these colder months causes unnecessary dehydration. Your skin is your largest organ but is usually the last to receive nutrients. It should be noted that there is a difference between dry and dehydrated skin. Dry skin is a condition you’re born with, and you know it pertains to you because other areas of your body (hands, feet, scalp) are also dry. Dehydrated skin appears when your water intake is low. Either way, your entire body will benefit from an increase of water, by flushing out toxins and plumping up your skin.

Face Fillers

If you want to plump up your skin and reverse signs of aging, face fillers are a great option. There are two kinds to choose from:

Injectables: Injectables is a blanket term for a procedure that transfers product directly into the skin and muscle tissue via a syringe to help reduce the signs of aging. Botox and Fillers both use this method and obtain favorable results, but they each perform in entirely different ways. We’ll discuss the differences below so you can choose which one is right for you.

Fillers: Fillers differ from Botox because they are injected into the contours of your face, not to paralyze, but to add volume or plump specific areas.

Some fillers are made with hyaluronic acid which fills in wrinkles. Hyaluronic acid is a substance your body naturally produces to keep skin plump and hydrated. Since it already occurs in the body, these fillers are less likely to cause an allergic reaction. The filler itself has a gel-like consistency that is injected into the skin to smooth fine lines.

Cosmetic Procedures for Men

Best Cosmetic Procedures for Men

No one wants to accept how aging affects our appearance. It’s disappointing to look in the mirror and see someone who looks older than we actually are or feel. These insecurities don’t just apply to women; men also suffer. The number of men opting for cosmetic procedures is rising. In honor of Men’s National Health Month, here are cosmetic procedures we recommend for men.

Chest

If you suffer from excess skin and fat in the chest, breast reduction surgery could help. It’s quite common for skin to lose its elasticity over time. With excess fat, the tissue can become saggy and may lead to a feminizing appearance of the chest. With breast reduction surgery, the excess skin is removed and tightened. The procedure is not only permanent but can have you back to work in no time.

Stomach

If your efforts at the gym aren’t yielding the results you desire, liposuction or a tummy tuck may be an option for you. Liposuction or SlimLipo targets excess fat in the body and reduces it from hard to reach places, even delicate areas such as around the arm or thighs.

If you are looking to remove larger areas of fat and skin from the waistline, a tummy tuck is a possible solution. This procedure is more in depth and requires more shaping and sculpting, giving you a smaller, more defined waist. It is usually completed in conjunction with some form of liposuction.

*Note: This procedure is ideal for those who have difficulty with trouble spots and should not be considered a weight loss method.

Nose

Rhinoplasty can help reshape your nose for structural or aesthetic purposes. In most cases, the size of the nose can throw off the balance of the whole face. A nose job addresses many cosmetic issues, such as shape and size, to create a harmonious balance. This surgery requires anesthesia, then the doctor will make small incisions inside the nose and sculpt to the appropriate shape. In most cases, the patient’s recovery time is very short, and the results are permanent.

Eyes

A combination of genetics and exposure to the sun can leave your eyes looking tired and makes the skin start to sag. With eyelid surgery, you can quickly achieve a more rejuvenated appearance. This procedure removes excess skin and fat from around the eyes, which will brighten your appearance. The best news is the results are permanent.

If you suffer from under-eye bags or hollows, injections or fillers might be a good option. This process is pretty easy and relatively painless but will require some maintenance.

Face

Sagging skin around the neck can be uncomfortable and can also create an illusion of being heavier than you actually are. If this is an area of concern, a facelift might be the right procedure for you. Facelifts reduces excess skin and fat to give you a firmer, more defined jawline. This process can add years to your appearance and boost confidence. The amount of improvement varies from patient to patient but usually only needs one session to complete. Pain and scarring are minimal with little recovery time after.

At Marvel Cosmetic Surgery, we take pride in staying up-to-date on the latest technologies and techniques. We want to ensure you receive the best, most natural looking results.

The Difference Between Botox and Face Fillers

The Difference Between Botox and Face Fillers

The appearance of fine lines and wrinkles is a common source of irritation for both men and women. Many people search for something that can reverse these tell-tale signs of aging. If you are searching for a safe and effective anti-aging treatment to restore your youthful appearance, consider using Injectables.

Injectables:

Injectables is a blanket term for a procedure that transfers product directly into the skin and muscle tissue via a syringe in order to help reduce the signs of aging. Botox and Fillers both use this method and obtain favorable results, but they each perform in completely different ways. We’ll discuss the differences below so you can choose which one is right for you.

Botox:

Botox can enhance your overall appearance by:

“BOTOX® Cosmetic is the only approved treatment to temporarily improve the appearance of both moderate to severe frown lines between the brows and crow’s feet lines in adults.” Botox Cosmetic: What Is Botox Cosmetic?

Botox (and similar brands such as Dysport) works by using Botulinum toxins, which are injected directly into the facial muscle in order to restrict muscle movement. Deeply etched lines in the face, often created by intense concentration or constant furrowing, will smooth out with regular use.

Is Botox for you?

Botox is for those who are experiencing wrinkles in places where they hold a lot of tension; think frown lines, furrowed brows, etc. By freezing the muscles in these areas, you prevent deeper lines forming. Some patients have noticed with multiple treatments, the habit of furrowing and frowning stops. This results in fewer treatments over time.

Fillers:

Fillers differ from Botox because they are injected into the contours of your face, not to paralyze, but to add volume or plump specific areas.

These particular fillers can last from 6 to 12 months before being absorbed. Brands such as Juvederm, Juvederm Voluma, and Restylane are all options for those who are interested in the Hyaluronic Acid option.

Fillers can also use fat from your body. Noninvasive fat transfers are another way to add volume to the skin. By using your body’s fat, the procedure can reduce crow’s feet, laugh lines and ridges that appear as a normal part of aging. Along with improving the skin’s appearance and reversing the signs of aging, fat transfers can also repair and reconstruct skin damaged by trauma or surgery.

Are Fillers right for you?

If you want to add volume to your face, fillers are a perfect choice. The best areas to target are under the eyes, thinned cheeks, and lips. Again, Hyaluronic Acid is a natural substance, so it is perfect for anyone who suffers from severe allergy problems.

If you think it’s time to consider Injectables, we are here to help. Out expert members of staff work with you to develop individualized plans to help you achieve your goals. call 615-329-3900 or contact us to book your appointment today!

Best Cosmetic Procedures for Brides-to-Be

Wedding Day Procedures Nashville TN

Getting married is arguably one of the biggest events in a person’s life, and it’s only natural to want to look your very best. So in honor of National Wedding Month, we’ve decided to round up the best cosmetic procedures for brides-to-be.

Non-Surgical Treatments

Facial Treatments

For any bride, flawless skin is a must! From Vitamin C-Enhancers to Dermaplaning, facial treatments are an effective way to rejuvenate and enhance your skin’s beauty. Facial treatments are designed to nurture the skin, reduce the look of fine lines and wrinkles, and improve the skin’s overall quality and texture. Facial treatments should be scheduled at least 3 weeks prior to the wedding to ensure a radiant glow.

Injectable Fillers

Smooth out wrinkles, plump thin lips, and add youthful volume to cheeks with injectable fillers. Fillers will help you look refreshed and well-rested in every wedding photo. This is a good choice if you wish to avoid surgery but if you wish to avoid surgery but want to smooth out wrinkles and lines. Injectable fillers provide quick results but they should always be booked at least 3-6 weeks prior to the wedding, ensuring proper time for the injections to settle.

Non-surgical Facelift

A non-surgical facelift is much less invasive than a traditional facelift while still offering dramatic and long-lasting results. There are no incisions, instead, fat is harvested and transferred to specific areas on the face. The fat harvested is very rich in mesenchymal-derived stem cells. These cells have the ability to transfer into the cells that produce new collagen, elastin, and blood vessels—effectively rejuvenating the skin. Non-surgical facelifts not only provide a natural look and long-lasting volume retention, but the skin is left looking healthy and refreshed. For best results, schedule your non-surgical facelift at least two months in advance of the big day.

Surgical Treatments

Breast Augmentation

If you dream of a different silhouette or filling out your dream dress, Breast Augmentation might be worth considering. Implants can help to balance your figure, boost your confidence and restore volume to your chest. A breast augmentation is a major surgery that does require some recovery time. So if you decide it’s the right choice for you, it’s best to schedule this procedure at least 3-5 months before your wedding.

Rhinoplasty

Sometimes referred to as a nose job or nose reshaping, rhinoplasty is a surgical procedure designed to reshape the nose. Rhinoplasty can correct structural deformities, such as a bump or hook, or even more serious problems such as difficulty breathing due to a deviated septum. This procedure is considered major surgery and should be scheduled at least 4-6 months out.

SlimLipo™

If your goal is to slim down before the wedding but are worried about the trauma of liposuction, SlimLipo™ is an alternative. SlimLipo™ offers all the benefits of traditional liposuction, but without the need for general anesthesia and the extensive downtime. SlimLipo™ uses an FDA-approved laser to liquefy fat on the abdomen, buttocks, thighs, and hips. This procedure is accomplished with minimal discomfort, bruising, and virtually no recovery period. Since this procedure offers a fast recovery, you can book this a week or two out before the big day.

Reverse the Signs of Aging with a Non-Surgical Facelift

Reverse the Signs of Aging with a Non-Surgical Facelift

Aging is an inevitable process that brings unavoidable wrinkles and sagging skin. There are topical creams and oils that help slow the process and reduce the signs of aging. But even the highest quality products are only as effective as long as you apply them. A more permanent solution may be found with a facelift procedure. However, if going under the knife makes you squeamish, there is a non-surgical option. If you’re looking to reverse the signs of aging without the downtime of surgery, read on to discover the benefits of a non-surgical facelift.

What is a Non-Surgical Facelift?

A non-surgical facelift is a less invasive option that uses a fat transfer method to add volume and fullness to the face. A special device is used to pull fat rich in mesenchymal-derived stem cells and deposits them to areas of your neck and face that are loose or sagging.

What are the benefits of a non-surgical facelift?

Non-incisional facelift procedures are far less invasive than traditional facelift surgeries. Highly concentrated fat is very rich in mesenchymal-derived stem cells. These stem cells are important because they have the ability to transfer into cells that produce new collagen, elastin, blood vessels, and other types of tissues to rejuvenate the skin and subcutaneous tissues. The mesenchymal cells are readily harvested from your fat without the need of any manipulation or tissue culturing. By concentrating the donor fat and stem cells, this can significantly improve fat tissue for re-injection and long-lasting volume retention.

What should I know before the procedure?

Before undergoing the surgery it’s always advisable to stop taking aspirin, Vitamin E, and fish oil. This is especially important if you are a heavy bruiser. If you bleed or bruise easily, there are some  homeopathic options that help. Arnica Montana is one we not only suggest, but sell here in the office. If you can’t get your hands on it, you can also try bromelain. It a natural substance found in pineapples, but we recommend getting a supplement for a higher concentrated dose. Regardless of which supplement you choose, they need to be administered pre and post procedure to help with any swelling.

 What is the downtime?

The downtime is minimal, within a week you should be back to feeling like yourself. Because there aren’t any cuts or incisions, you won’t have to worry about marks or scarring. The process uses tiny punctures that are barely visible. It should be noted; the final results are a little over corrected at first. It’s important to ensure there is plenty of fat to settle, so results might appear more enhanced post op.

If you are ready to see what a non-surgical facelift can do for you, call our offices at 615-329-3900 to schedule a consultation. Our friendly staff can answer any questions and help you on your path toward a better you!

Before and After Facelift Surgery: Cindy Lamb

Before and After Facelift Surgery: Cindy Lamb

As we age, our skin loosens from weakened tissue making us look older than we really are. With Facelift Surgery, you can correct sagging, diminish fine lines and wrinkles, and remove excess skin for a more youthful appearance.

At Marvel Cosmetic Surgery, we pride ourselves on the ability to provide personalized care with natural looking results. But don’t just take our word for it. See what one of our recent facelift patients, Cindy Lamb, had to say about her recent experience with Marvel Cosmetic Surgery.

*Results are not guaranteed and vary from person to person.

Why did you decide to undergo Facelift Surgery?

I had been contemplating a facelift for several years. I am a teacher and children notice everything. Lines had started forming around my mouth (I always blamed the “teacher look!”) when one of my cute little fourth graders said something to me that I will never forget. He looked up at me with his sparkling eyes and said, “Mrs. Lamb, what are those lines around your mouth? They look like scars!” Needless to say, at that point in time, I started saving up for a facelift.

When I was 40, I went to see Dr. Marvel. I told him how one of my goals had been to get a facelift when the time was right. He looked me right in the eye and said “It is not time yet.” I really appreciated his honesty. The wrong doctor might have said, “Ok, give me your money.” Instead, Dr. Marvel discouraged me from doing this too soon and told me to come back and see him in about 10 years.

Tell us about your experience with Dr. Marvel and Marvel Cosmetic Surgery.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Marvel. I came to see Melinda, his nurse, and she gave me plenty of information to read and study. At no time did I feel like I was being pushed into something that I wasn’t ready for. In fact, I went to see both Melinda and Dr. Marvel a couple more times before I made a final decision. They both talked me through the procedure and answered any questions that I had. I was free to email Melinda with any questions that I thought of after our evaluation. Their office staff is professional and kind and the office is clean and inviting. I would highly recommend Dr. Marvel to any of my friends.

How has your life changed after your Facelift?

My whole life changed after my facelift. I now feel like my body and my face are a match! I can now look in the mirror and see the person that I feel like I am. No longer do I see the tired, sallow skin of a former sun worshipper. I see glowing, fresh skin and a face that I no longer want to hide. I just want everyone to know what Dr. Marvel has done for me. I will never forget his kindness and professionalism.

Thanks so much from the happiest patient on earth!

4 Tips for Maintaining Your Cosmetic Surgery Results

4 Tips for Maintaining Your Cosmetic Surgery Results

Everyone knows cosmetic surgery is an investment both emotionally and financially. The energy put into researching options and consulting with doctors should be rewarded with long-term results. Once the process is over, it’s often easy to forget that there are certain measures you should take in order to maximize the longevity of your results.

Here are 4  tips to help you get the most out of your cosmetic surgery.

Diet and Exercise

It may sound commonplace to talk diet and exercise, but these two can have an effect on your results. If your cosmetic surgery involved body contouring and removal of fat, diet and exercise are vital. Liposuction does remove fat cells, but only in a particular area. This means other areas of your body could gain weight since they still contain fat cells. Without proper exercise and diet, you might find that other areas become trouble spots.

Tummy tuck’s and butt lifts require skin tightening. For these particular procedures to last, it is important to maintain the weight you were at the time of your procedure. Otherwise, you risk stretching out the skin and losing some of the results you waited so patiently for.

Skin Care

With most procedures comes scarring. It’s a necessary part of the process, but most scars will fade if you take the right care. Sometimes the recovery time can take longer than you would like, but the worst thing you can do is Google your own alternative solutions. Your doctor should give you specific care instructions after your surgery on what is best for healing. Adhere to these instructions with care, as they will affect your results and the visibility of your scars.

Ask if your cosmetic surgeon has an aesthetician on staff. They can help by recommending specific moisturizers and creams to help the healing process. Because they work with your doctor, they will be familiar with your postoperative needs, advising you on only what is best!

Get out of the Sun

While recovering from facial surgeries or procedures, try your best to stay out of the sun. This is especially important since your skin will be at its most delicate. If being outside for extended periods of time is unavoidable, make sure to apply sunscreen of 30 SPF or higher. Better yet, bring it with you so you can reapply throughout the day.

Avoid Excess

Excess drinking and smoking is definitely something to avoid after your cosmetic procedure. Most doctors will tell you to stop smoking before your surgery, but trying to kick the habit after is still helpful. Excess amounts of alcohol and cigarettes can accelerate the skin’s aging process. In fact, nicotine has an impact on your skin’s healing ability, not something you want when you’ve spent time and money to look and feel your best.

If you have questions or would like to learn more about any of the procedures mentioned above, feel free to give us a call at 615-329-3900 or click here to contact us
